Over two years, we’ll support your personal and professional development through a personalised career plan and together, we will build the foundations of your future.

Jumpstart your career with DevelopHer

We are looking for women passionate about technology and data for our DevelopHer program! You can be a recent graduate, or looking for a career change into STEM.

Over six weeks, you’ll see yourself undertake self-paced, structured training guided by your Altis mentor to jumpstart your career as a data and analytics Consultant. In this time you’ll cover SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, Cloud & Data Warehousing getting hands-on experience with internal projects. Once completed, your career as an Altis Consultant begins!
