AI for Business Value Team Accelerator
Course overview
The workshop focuses on guided application. Participants bring their own business challenges, potential AI opportunities, or investment questions and receive structured support to translate course concepts into clear, value-focused use cases. Our facilitators act as guides, helping participants assess opportunities through a commercial lens, clarify benefits and costs, identify risks and dependencies, and build confidence in evaluating and articulating ROI. The session is intentionally practical and collaborative, supporting participants as they move from theory to informed, real-world investment decisions.

Intended audience
This hands-on workshop is designed for participants who have completed the AI for Business Value: From Opportunity to ROI course and want support applying what they learned to real organisational scenarios.
Delivery
This course is offered privately for groups of around 10–12 participants. Delivered either onsite or remotely by our experienced consultants, it can be tailored to meet your organisation’s specific needs.
