AI for Business Value Team Accelerator
Course overview
This two-day course is designed to help organisations identify, evaluate, and prioritise AI opportunities based on business value and return on investment, then apply this to real-world scenarios. Day one takes a strategic, use-case driven approach, helping leaders and analysts understand where AI can create measurable impact and where it is unlikely to deliver value. Day two focuses on guided application. Participants bring their own business challenges, potential AI opportunities, or investment questions and receive structured support to translate course concepts into clear, value-focused use cases.
