This introductory course provides a theoretical overview of artificial intelligence, helping participants build a foundational understanding of what AI is, how it works, and the potential impact it has on business, society, and everyday work. Designed for those new to AI or seeking to contextualise its role in their professional environment, the course covers key concepts, terminology, and types of AI, along with a balanced discussion of opportunities, limitations, and ethical considerations.

This course is ideal for professionals, with little or no technical background in AI who want to develop a conceptual understanding of AI and its applications.
