This is a one-day course designed to help professionals build the confidence and skills to influence others effectively, even without formal authority. Participants will learn how to shape perceptions, gain buy-in, and communicate persuasively across a range of workplace situations. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, the course explores key influencing techniques.
