This is a one-day a practical course designed to equip up-and-coming technical professionals with the foundational skills to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively. Participants will explore key leadership capabilities, such as communication, self-awareness, decision-making, and team collaboration, that are essential as they step into more senior or leadership roles. Through interactive activities and real-world scenarios, the course builds confidence and readiness to lead in dynamic technical environments.
