Intended audience
This course is designed for project team members, team leaders, and project managers who regularly participate in or facilitate Work-in-Progress (WIP) and project meetings. It is ideal for those looking to improve meeting effectiveness, enhance team collaboration, and ensure meetings contribute meaningfully to project progress and decision-making.
Delivery
This course is offered privately for groups of around 10–12 participants. Delivered either onsite or remotely by our experienced consultants, it can be tailored to meet your organisation’s specific needs.
