How we hire
We make hiring transparent, fair, and human from start to finish.
The path to joining us
We know that looking for a new role can be exciting and sometimes a little daunting. That’s why we’re committed to making our hiring journey clear, human and straight-forward. From your first conversation with us to your final interview, we want you to feel informed, supported and confident. Here's what you can expect when applying to Altis.

Start your story
Submit your application through our careers page, it’s quick, simple, and the first step in getting to know you.

Let’s talk vibe & values
We’ll connect over the phone or Teams to chat about your experience, what you’re looking for and give you a feel for life at Altis. Ask us anything: culture, perks, strategy, or how we work, nothing’s off the table.

Time to talk tech
If you're applying for a technical role, here’s where we get into the good stuff - your technical experience, past projects and problem-solving skills. You’ll meet members of our technical team and complete a challenge to showcase your capabilities.

Meet your future team
This conversation focuses on team fit. It’s a chance for you to meet your potential leader and explore how your skills and style align with the team.

Let’s make it official
In the final step, we make sure it’s the right fit on both sides. If we’re aligned, you’ll receive an offer and begin your onboarding journey with us.
Let's dive a little deeper
Curious about what the interview will actually look like? Here’s a quick look under the hood. Our interviews are designed to be conversational and strengths-based, we want to understand your experience, how you think, and what energises you. You can expect questions about your past projects, how you approach problem-solving, and how you collaborate with others. For technical roles, we’ll go deeper into your skills with scenario-based questions or a hands-on challenge. Most importantly, we encourage you to ask us questions too, this is a two-way street.
How we assess fit
For us, fit goes deeper than just skills. We look at how your values, approach, and goals align with ours, here’s how we assess that:
Skills
We assess both your technical expertise and your soft skills. We’ll talk about past projects, how you approach challenges, and how you apply your knowledge in real-world situations. Where relevant, you may complete a technical assessment.
Values
We look for alignment with our core values - be curious, own it, lead with heart and discover a way. We want to see how these show up in your decisions, your mindset, and how you work with others.
Culture
Culture fit isn’t about being the same, it’s about how you contribute to our shared environment. We’re interested in how you collaborate, communicate and show up in a team setting. That means people who bring fresh perspectives, challenge our thinking and help us continue to evolve in the right ways.
Potential
We’re not just hiring for today, we’re investing in your growth. We look for adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the drive to evolve. If you bring the mindset, we’ll back you with the support to thrive.

We believe a great candidate experience starts with great support. From helpful prep resources to personalised guidance and clear communication, we’re here to make sure you feel informed, comfortable and set up for success throughout the hiring journey.
