Want to know what being a graduate is really like? Not super clear on how to apply the skills from your degree into a grad role? Curious what a consultant actually does? Don’t worry you’re not alone.
Our Insight Day is an opportunity for students of all backgrounds to explore a career in data and analytics at Altis Consulting.
When Altis was founded in 1998 by Hyun Choi and Gavin Cooke, they had a vision to grow a living company that would prosper in the face of whatever the future held. They wanted to foster a strong culture, rather than just a business to sell.
From the beginning, our focus was on the success of the team and our clients, not profits. This has proven to be beneficial within Altis, with the average tenure of our team members being over five years and that we continue to partner with our first client, 20 years on.
Since our first steps into Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, we now have five offices across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, working within a range of industries including Telecommunications, Health, Transport and Logistics, FSI, Higher Education and Government.
At our Insight Day, you’ll gain an exclusive insider look into the type of work we do, get a chance to connect with our industry experts and see if you might be the right fit for one of our graduate positions.
The program will be run in person at the Altis Melbourne Office. Given the times we live in, this might be moved to a virtual setting if required.
This event offers:
- An overview of data consulting and Altis as a company
- CV and interview preparation tips from our recruitment team
- Detailed dive into how we work, past projects and what you can expect working as a grad at Altis
- Opportunity to connect with our consultants from graduates to senior leaders across the Melbourne office
The day will be facilitated by Akanksha Malik, Managing Consultant and the AI/ML Lead at Altis.
Date: 8th Sept 2022
Time: 3-6pm
Refreshments and snacks will be provided in the office.
