Nicole considers herself quite the baker, often spending her weekends whipping up some sweet treats. When she’s not in the kitchen, she likes to get outside, regularly going for bush walks and rock climbing. An interesting fact about Nicole, is that an episode of Black Mirror inspired her to pursue a degree in IT and Neuroscience.
