Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the way a lot of us live & work has drastically changed!
We’ve heard all the advice from experts on social distancing & making sure we wash our hands. What seems to be discussed less is the psychological disruption working from home has on so many of us.
Today I am going to share five tips you may want to implement if you have started to work from home, to make sure you feel in control of this disruption.
